Sketch Challenge Wednesday #20 Christmas Santa

It's Wednesday, so it's time for a Card Sketch Challenge here at Ink N Scrap Habits.

Here's the sketch for today.

Card Sketch Wednesday Details:
Make a card of any theme you choose utilizing the card sketch posted on my blog and then reply with a comment posting a link to your blog or online gallery so that everyone can view how you utilized the sketch. You have all month to complete each challenge. So there is no confusion, a "month" runs from the first day of the month through the last day of the month--example Nov. 1st-Nov. 3oth.

Bonus Opportunity for Participating in Sketch Wednesday Challenges:
Each month, I will assign a number in order from all of the comments/links posted from all qualifying participant weekly sketch challenge cards and draw one lucky winner for a package of blog candy from me! All of the blog candy goodies that I will offer will be craft/card making related--embellishments, ink pads, images, stamps, ribbon, punches etc.

This is the card I created for the sketch challenge. I love this card. I think it turned out so cute!
He was fun to make too! As you can see I used stamps from DRS Designs to create my own background paper again. I used the Snowflake background stamp to stamp blue snowflakes all over white cardstock and then used red ink to stamp "Merry Christmas" all over as well. I used Versamark ink to stamp the snowflakes on the light blue cardstock.

I colored the Santa image with pencils and blended the colors with Gamsol. I added Stickles to the snow on the chimney, along the ripped paper line, and put a small dot of glitter in the ccenter of each snow flake for just a hint of sparkle throughout the front of the card.

Won't you give this sketch a try?
