I used this weeks CPS Sketch #126 for this card. I love how the circles in the layout and texture made with the Divine Swirls embossing folder creates the look of water around this fish. Don't blue and orange go well together?
The fish was colored with Prismacolor Pencils and the different shades of oranges and yellows were blended with Gamsol. I inked the edges around the fish with orange ink and added some blue rhinestones near his mouth to imitate bubbles! A blue spiral clip & some fun orange and white polka dot ribbon made it complete!
Stamps: Sunflowers and Dragonflies Creative Designs- Fish
