Happy Father's Day!

I am just head over heels for DRS Designs newest stamps! The characters that just came out in their Retirement collection are so much fun to play with!  I made this card for the White Space challenge over at the 365 Cards Blog that DRS Designs is sponsoring this week.

The challenge is to keep all of the decorations on your card towards the black portion of the sketch and keep the white space free.  Play along in any of their challenges this week and you could win a $15 DRS Designs store voucher! (see below for more info)

I couldn't help but use Rascally Russell (777M) for a Father's Day card! Just look at that old guy dance!!!   I colored him with Copic Markers and then added the "Happy Father's Day" portion from the Ten Mile Fathers Day Greeting (280G) to the empty space at the bottom.  The background was stamped with the Polka Dot Background (688P) in Apricot Appeal ink.  A layered photo corner embellished with twine and a matching brad made this card complete!

Here are the challenges thus far at the 365 Cards Blog to play along for $15 voucher:

All Week: Sunday Sketch 17
Monday: White Space
Tuesday: Pretty In Pink-ing
Wednesday: Fabulous Fringe

Thanks for stopping by and good luck winning the $15 store voucher from DRS Designs!
Smiles,
Jennifer
