We are having a beautiful Autumn day here in Michigan today. The sun is out shining brightly and the temperature is warm and so unlike the cool Fall that it normally is. I think this is this what they call an Indian Summer. The best part is that we're having this weather on weekend days so everyone is out to enjoy it!
I thought this card was appropriate for today. Fun, Fall-like, and colorful just like the trees around us. All of the stamps seen on this card are by DRS Designs. I created my own pattern paper by stamping the Small Silhouette Leaf (C691), the Tiny Leaf (A1074), and the Small Autumn Greetings Sentiment (B422) repeatedly on white cardstock with Versamark ink. I then heat embossed it with clear embossing powder. I used a Brayers to add several colors of ink over the embossed images and then I sprayed it with Gold Glimmer Mist to make it shimmer. I stamped the Changing Leaves sentiment (1122G) with brown ink.
Thanks for stopping by! I hope you're having beautiful Fall weather where you are as well!
Smiles,
Jennifer
