Christmas Mouse

We've had some unseasonable cool weather lately and there's no doubt that Autumn is just around the corner.  That means the Christmas Holiday isn't too far off as well. 

I've been busy stocking up on some hand stamped Christmas cards using DRS Designs New Releases.  They've added 12 new designs to their Christmas Collection!  I've used the Joyful Christmas Mouse (H351) on the card I have to show you today.  I colored it with Copic Markers and sponged light blue ink around it while it was in a Nestie die.  This created a nice white frame around the image.   I also created my own background by heat embossing the Holly Background (H365) with clear embossing powder.  The layout follows the Splitcoast Sketch Challenge SC296.
